Ffxiv Why Do I Have 2 Service Accounts?

I know a lot of others are having this aforementioned problem.
I got my CE code today and went onto the Mogstation to redeem it. However it seems to retrieve I take 2 service accounts. This, I know is my fault because I know I goofed upwardly with the CE (I redid the code they sent me thinking I had to register the CE version in order to become items. Which gave me another game and another set of pre-lodge items.)
I become onto the mogstation and have two service accounts. The starting time ane is the only ane that had characters listed under it (my JP server grapheme I created when I had the dreaded 3102 bug). Yet this is the account that has all my characters listed in information technology (when I log in it asks me which service I want to apply, 1 has all my characters, 2 has aught).

In mogstation under the 2nd account, it has this written in orange text:
The following services are bachelor for this service account:
FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.

This is the account I Thought I was using this entire time, only obviously non? I saw somewhere people saying to have stuff transferred from ane to 2 via customer support but my characters aren't on 2, they are on service ane.

I did get alee and put my CE on the first business relationship considering that is the one I'm using, however I have no idea if it will only go to my JP server graphic symbol or one of the others. This feels overly complicated to me, merely part of me feels I'm missing some key aspect that would make it so much easier. (This is my kickoff fourth dimension dealing with an MMO like this through SE.)
